للاخوه الفنيين اقدم هذه التجربه التي وجدتها في احد المنتديات الاجنبيه وهي

تجربه شخصيه لشخص مع 10 كامات معطله ... التجربه تسلط الضوء على

المشاكل الفنيه الموجوده في هذه الكامات .... اسف لعدم تمكني من الترجمه

ولكن اعتقد حفظ الموضوع كما كتبه صاحبه افضل ...

Hi to all

Here is,as I promise,some solution for Joker
based module.

Over a month I read all post where many people
searching for Flash dump of 89C51RD2-CM,but nothing.
Don't waste your time,you dont need that dump,becouse
he is inside your cam,but he dont work. Why ???

I try to read Flash in both mode > parallel and serial,
but nothing,becouse they set Lock bits
on security level 2 ( LB0 , LB1 , LB2 ).
On this level they disable future programming with parallel
programmer,but allowed ISP and software programming.
Next they set SSB security Bits to disable read function.
Only ISP command to full erase is possible , and
then you can write new file on Flash > But I don't have it.
So DO NOT TRY THIS > This operation will crash your
flash forewer.

Next I read all about this Flash ,and the part where they
describe boot sector is most interesting .From that point
new ideas come.

I have 10 broke Joker,and what to do ? Where is the problem? .
Use some free time to make one experiment

A :
> Desolder all 10 Flash
> Open WORKING Joker,desolder Flash
> Now , This 10 " BROKE " Flash one by one solder
into working Joker and 8 of 10 >BOOM WORK <.
At this point I know that 8 Flash is OK ,but in their
joker they dont work.
> Next >
> Put back 8 OK Flash on 8 broke joker
> With HOT AIR & Flux resolder all chip on board >
> BOOM 7 Work 1 still don't

Let's back on 2 ' BROKE ' flash from start A

B :
> Put back this2 flash > still dont work
> With HOT AIR & Flux resolder all chip on board
> Still don't work
> Connect Analyzer on 89C51RD2-CM
> Activate Joker > Analyzer watch and record.
> PROBLEM > Reset
> NEXT > Take off Analyzer
> Desolder next pins >refer to pdf
> PIN 4_RST > PIN 26_PSEN
> PIN 26_PSEN leave untached.
> Now I use :
> 1x simple on/off switch with 3 contacts
> 1 x 10K resistor
> Some thin wires
> On central pin of sw. connect PIN 4_RST
> Next pin of sw connect to GND of modul
> Last pin of sw connect to resistor and then
on + 5V in modul.
> Make sw on the way with resistor,now I have
+ 5V on PIN 4_RST
> Put back bottom side of modul case for purpose
to put card inside
> Put modul in receiver : > initializing from rec.
> After 1sec switch sw to GND , now I have GND
on PIN 4_RST
> BOOM > WORK > Slot 2 : Module
> Put inside update card > Do you ....yes
> Please restart......
> Take out modul
> Take out card
> Put modul in receiver : > initializing from rec.
> After 1sec switch sw to GND , now I have GND
on PIN 4_RST
> Insert card ....etc
> Put card inside > Module dow.....Success....Restart
> Now Desolder all wires and solder PIN 4 and PIN 26
on their place .
> Put modul in receiver > BOOM > WORK

> Complete explanation how? and why? - is too long to write.
> Maybe next time.

Now I have still one > Broke joker
I try step A and B but nothing.

Now I do next step >

> Desolder chip U3 from broken joker
> Solder U3 chip from OK joker
> BOOOM > WORK

The last one is not solution becouse I don't have,
and I don't know the type of this chip U3, and where to
find him,so one cam must wait till somebody
discover , or tell, the real type of this U3 chip on board.

On 10 broke joker I found 3 diferent crash reason.
> Bad contacts > Reset of flash > U3 chip

Maybe, this will help to somebody,maybe this cam
have much more problems,don't know.
One is for sure , you don't need dump and you don't need
to reprogram it.Everything is inside.
Read pdf of flash > Bootloader Functionality

I hope that the other members will post their other solution.
