Check the message labled Astra =gabsat = emtech...etc
So, you'll notice that Astra 9500 is just a commercial logo not the real hardware name or brand
Knowing that, you may start seeking loader like Emedit or EmUpgrade
In case you still can't find it or you also need the original firmware 2.13
